About Garry Waldrum
I grew up in a family business. I learned my business principles from my father and uncles. I can remember as a little boy, my dad walking out the door for work everyday in a suit with a briefcase in his hand. I’ve always wanted to pursue the same career.
Growing up in a family business had a lot of challenges, but while in my mid 20’s I found out my calling was in sales. I loved the challenge of meeting people, finding out what their needs were and determining how I could meet those needs. In today’s business world, there are many different challenges that face us. I truly believe with every project, my integrity, honesty and commitment is put to the test. I’ve always been very competitive and it is no different in the business world. I am determined that our team and our company will never let the customer down and will always strive to over deliver what we have promised.
I’ve been in sales over 30 years and have managed people all along the way. I’ve been very blessed with incredible professionals surrounding me and that is no different at TS Sports. I want to make it easy and comfortable for each and every customer to do business with us. My philosophy has always been: Give great product, provide the best service in the industry and make friends out of each customer.
Let me leave you with a thought: Innovate, develop, motivate, inspire trust - be a leader.
